Founding Account Executive – French-speaking Markets (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for founding team members for the French speaking region. We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, driven by their passion in everything they do, and obsessed with creating customer value. Your role in this process is crucial and your contributions will be highly valued.

Tasks

Your work will directly influence JOIN’s revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis
  • Present JOIN’s product solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in French and English
  • Own your pipeline and ensure clean forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce
  • Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to secure customer retention
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients receive maximum value
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your segment
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive meetings
  • Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks
  • Analyse results to continuously improve your sales acumenWho you’ll work with

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and closely with Account Management, GTM and Marketing to support customers across the entire lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication and shared ownership of success.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

✔ You are a builder not a doer

✔ You want contribute to the growth strategy in your territory

Fluency in French and strong English communication skills

✔ 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech

✔ Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video calls, and in person

✔ Organized in pipeline management and forecasting

✔ Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development

✔ Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience in the HR tech or recruitment industry
  • Additional language skills
