The Founder’s Associate will work directly with Catapult’s co-founders to help drive the company’s strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. This is an incredibly versatile role where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of building an AI startup—from product development and technical strategy to business operations and fundraising.
You’ll be the ultimate problem solver, helping the founders prioritise their time and energy while independently tackling high-impact projects. In this role, you’ll have unparalleled access to learn directly from experienced founders while making meaningful contributions to shape Catapult’s future.

Requirements and experience
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
High degree of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently
Based in, or willing to relocate to London (we are open to sponsoring visas)
Nice to haves
Experience at an AI/ML or SaaS startup
Background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related technical field
Prior experience working directly with founders or executives
Understanding of AI industry landscape and market trends
Product management or UX research experience
Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex AI/ML concepts (technical background preferred but not required)
