The Opportunity
We’re not hiring traditional salespeople.

We’re hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), business and technical professionals who know how to diagnose, design, and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise and AI-native clients.

You’ll sit at the intersection of AI, data science, and business strategy. You’ll translate client needs into operational solutions, orchestrating people, process, and technology to move the needle on what matters most: impact.

This is a role for operators who sell by doing, who earn trust through competence, and who thrive where the playbook hasn’t been written yet.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose & Design:
• • Lead deep discovery to uncover data challenges, workflows, and high-value impact opportunities.
  • Architect operational solutions with measurable ROI, integrating Perle’s human data systems into client AI pipelines.
• Execute & Deliver:
• • Operate as a hands-on partner during implementation — forward deployed with clients to ensure the solution delivers the promised outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to refine solutions in real time.
• Influence and Lead:
• • Engage CxOs, data science leaders, and operational teams with equal fluency.
  • Build the business case that connects AI reliability to business performance, compliance, and competitive advantage.
• Grow & Scale:
• • Expand existing relationships by uncovering new use cases, scaling pilot programs, and quantifying success metrics.
  • Shape Perle’s go-to-market strategy by feeding insights from the field into product and delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI, data operations, or enterprise consulting where you owned both business and technical outcomes.
• A builder at heart; you design systems, processes, and solutions that scale.
• Comfortable talking about model performance, human evaluation, and AI workflows with technical teams and executives alike.
• Proven ability to drive transformation in complex enterprise environments blending operational rigor, consultative selling, and execution.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and taking full ownership from concept to delivery.
• You’re not a career salesperson; you’re a business leader who happens to know how to sell.
