What you’ll do

• Earn Product Design & Architecture
• Design capital flow structures for Earn and structured products, build product architecture frameworks to ensure logical soundness and operational feasibility
• Participate in the full lifecycle of structured product development, providing professional financial engineering support from concept design to product launch
• Pricing & Risk Management
• Build and optimize product pricing and interest rate models to ensure competitiveness and resilience in various market conditions
• Design comprehensive risk management and stress testing frameworks to effectively identify, quantify, and monitor all types of market risks
• Lead the development of risk contingency mechanisms, including anomaly monitoring, risk reporting, and emergency response planning
• Market Interface & Collaboration
• Communicate and collaborate with market makers and external liquidity providers to optimize product yield structures and liquidity arrangements
• Work closely with internal teams to jointly develop and optimize investment strategies, enhancing product competitiveness

What you’ll need

• Industry Experience: 6+ years in traditional finance with experience in wealth management or structured product design and management; cryptocurrency industry experience preferred
• Professional Skills: Deep understanding of financial/wealth management product design principles, familiarity with capital flow mechanisms and product architecture, solid foundation in pricing and risk management theory
• Modeling & Analysis: Strong foundation in financial modeling, familiar with various pricing models and risk assessment methods, capable of applying quantitative analysis and common financial tools to solve complex problems
• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding cross-team communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with market makers, quant teams, and other stakeholders to drive product implementation
• Language Skills: Fluent in English for seamless collaboration in international team environment
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in DeFi product design or trading, familiar with liquidity mining and other DeFi mechanisms as well as mainstream protocols such as Aave, Compound
• Familiarity with pricing and risk management of complex financial instruments such as options and derivatives
• Experience in fixed income products, credit risk modeling, or asset-liability management
• Programming skills (Python, R, MATLAB, etc.) for financial engineering modeling and complex data analysis
• Relevant financial certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, etc.
