Financial Analyst – LIFT (Intern) – Krakow, Poland

Meet the Team

Cisco’s Leaders in Finance and Technology (LIFT) Program consists of both a 10-week summer internship program and a full-time 2-year rotational program for Financial Analysts. Both programs are based in Krakow, Poland.

Your Impact

As an intern, you will join our top-notch global finance organization that has business partners spanning across all of Cisco (sales, engineering, etc.). Throughout the summer you will also be able to collaborate and network with fellow interns, team members, managers, and senior leaders.

Within our Finance Internship Program experience, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work within Cisco Finance during our fiscal year close.
  • Engage in a substantive finance role, directly contributing to the success of your team. The specific type of work varies based on which finance organization you’ll be placed into. Types of roles can include Financial Planning & Analysis, Managing Operating Expenses, Commercial Finance, Accounting, and more!
  • Work on an intern team project focused on a real Cisco business challenge. At the end of the summer, you’ll then get to present your findings and recommendations to our Krakow finance community and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and network with finance leaders, dynamic cross-functional teams, and early in career professionals
  • Transform data into actionable insights to address business challenges
  • Learn and develop the business acumen and skills necessary to becoming a future finance leader
  • Attend various events throughout your experience that will expand your professional network and career development

Minimum Qualifications

– To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in a university and graduating between December 2026 – June 2027. For example:

  • Rising college senior obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related degree paths
  • Or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree heading into a 1-year master’s program in accounting or finance with no gap between undergrad and master’s program

Available to start in our internship program as part of a cohort from June 30 – September 3, 2026

Fluent in English

0-2 years of experience in finance

Able to legally live and work in Poland, without visa support or sponsorship now or in the future (even after graduating college)

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in finance principles and technical excel skills

Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit

Current involvement in varied college experiences: Leadership roles in student organizations or clubs:

  • Active participation in sports or extracurricular activities
  • Experience studying abroad
  • Balancing a full-time job while attending school
