ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, processing fund transfers, and managing KYC-related communications. The role requires strong communication skills, client service orientation, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC-related communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline operational workflows.
  • Support trading operations including quotation and order creation
  • Ensure proper communication and documentation of trade instructions across systems and stakeholders.
  • Oversee post-trading activities such as daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
