We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to own and build our finance function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to bring financial visibility, operational structure, and strategic clarity as we scale from 10 to 100+ people.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll ensure we have clean financials, efficient operations, and the insights needed for smart decisions. You’ll design scalable systems, fix broken processes, and automate wherever possible. This role has a clear growth path toward COO or CFO.

3–4 years in finance, accounting, or operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Hands-on experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong operational instincts. You spot inefficiencies and fix them
Systems thinker with experience implementing or improving finance tools and workflows
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership end-to-end
Clear communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts
Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite, and advanced Excel/Sheets
Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or crypto
You don’t need to be a CPA (but should understand accounting fundamentals)
You don’t need Big 4 experience (though it’s valued if you have it)
You don’t need to have managed a team (this is a high-ownership IC role)
High ownership, zero bureaucracy, build this function from scratch
Direct CEO partnership with real strategic impact
Learn fintech and stablecoin infrastructure from the inside
Remote-first, flexible work across the Americas
The best finance and ops people we’ve seen don’t always come from traditional accounting paths. They have:
Business intuition: They understand unit economics and operational leverage, not just debits and credits
Bias for action: They fix broken processes instead of documenting them
Systems thinking: They’ve built workflows, implemented tools, and scaled ops from 10→100 people
Cross-functional fluency: They can talk to sales about commissions, to engineering about infra costs, and to leadership about tradeoffs
If you see yourself in this description, someone who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving teams, we’d love to hear from you.
