The role in a nutshell:
We are looking for someone keen to help grow a business to the next level. You’ll help drive finance & operations functions in Indonesia. Apart from regular finance, accounting and operational work, you will also draw up and implement growth and market-entry plans, conduct market research and analysis, handle end-to-end market launches, and manage relationships with various partners in Indonesia / Asia. You will work directly with the Indonesia Country Manager to excel in your mission.
Your responsibilities:
- Acting as point of contact with banks and auditors — supporting accounting reconciliations, administrative tasks, and investigating any identified issues.
- Acting as point of contact with Self-Regulatory Organisations, including performing reconciliation for CFX, KKI and ICC reporting.
- Working with our tax team to support internal, external and customer-related tax tasks.
- Working with our payments and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Working with our compliance team to support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Supporting the Indonesia Country Manager’s growth plans.
- Working with the marketing team to plan and implement the best marketing / growth campaigns for Indonesia.
- Managing and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, customer success and operations) to implement product and operational changes, and integrate and launch new payment methods.
- Conduct deep competitor analysis, markets and regulations research.
A little about you:
- A university qualification with at least 3 years relevant work experience
- Reconciliations experience will be advantageous
- Experience in a fast moving and ever-evolving environment
- Experience in E-commerce / Digital Banking / Fintech / Crypto will be desirable but not necessary
- Ability to stay on top of tasks assigned (great sense of urgency) – Task oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Curious mindset – Confident in challenging an idea when you disagree and seek further understanding when required
- Innovative – Constantly re-imagining better & efficient ways to do business
- Strong analytical skills – Identify problems and implement solutions
- Client centric – Obsessed with meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Self-starter – Capable of working without detailed direction or close supervision

- Friendly, transparent, articulate and driven to succeed
- Interest in Cryptocurrency will be advantageous
- High proficiency in English (please ensure that your application is in English)
