Finance Manager (Remote – Ukraine)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager with strong international experience to join our global remote team. This person will play a key role in financial reporting, process optimization, and cross-border financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting across jurisdictions (preferably US GAAP or other global standards)
- Manage financial tools such as Google Sheets, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting
- Work closely with our CFO on audits, planning, and compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international environments
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS)
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or tech startups
- Understanding of international tax and compliance
