Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.

Cinch is Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximize reuse and extend their lifecycle.

We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung. Our model sits at the intersection of powerful mega trends—sustainability, embedded finance, and the shift from ownership to access—creating a massive opportunity to reshape the future of tech consumption.

At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we’re creating an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers—and where the work has real, lasting impact.

Your Role

We are seeking a disciplined, persuasive, and highly mobile Field Collection Agent to join our recovery team. In this role, you won’t just be making phone calls; you will be the face of the company on the ground. You will conduct site visits to residential and business addresses to negotiate payment plans, recover company assets, and resolve outstanding accounts that have proven difficult to reach via traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Inspections: Conduct site visits to delinquent customers’ homes or places of business.
  • Negotiation & Recovery: Engage in face-to-face negotiations to secure immediate payments or collect company assets.
  • Skip Tracing & Investigation: Verify the accuracy of customer contact information and physical locations.
  • Documentation: Provide detailed field reports, including photos of the premises and summaries of interactions, using our collections portal.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to local debt collection laws, privacy regulations, and ethical standards. No harassment—just firm, professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in field collections, door-to-door sales, private investigation, or law enforcement.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in confrontational or tense situations.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using GPS, and basic digital documentation.
  • Resilience: A “thick skin” and a high level of self-motivation to work independently in the field.
