Ensure that the workplace facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
Responsible for the inspection and upkeep of building and security related equipment, infrastructure systems to optimum operability
Manages and reviews service contracts
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
Ownership of Building/Vendor relationships and deliverables- represents the company with landlord, building/property management, vendors and other corporate groups
Laise with Building Management on escalated issues and follow-up with internal stakeholders
Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
Work closely with Office Manager in future office relocation and expansion project
Take lead in building projects, annual shutdown, renovations or refurbishment
Collaborate with cross functional business teams and partners (IT, Security, HR etc.) to provide high degree of service levels
Perform Fire Safety Warden duties by working closely with Landlord Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and fellow Assistant Fire Safety Warden
Communicates workplace safety & health (WSH) precautions to employees
Manage events in following aspects location, furniture , invitations , RSVP management etc
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Must be a well-organized, detail and customer oriented self-starter
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety
precautions related to facilities management
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
Proven project management skills and problem solving ability
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as per business demands on occasional nights and/or weekends
