Enterprise Sales, VP (Cross-border Payments)

Role Overview

As a key member of the Enterprise Sales team at Oristapay, you will focus on acquiring and managing Top-tier Chinese enterprise clients expanding globally (including global e-commerce flagships, multinational manufacturers, leading consumer brands, and technology giants). You will directly engage with corporate headquarters in China, identify their complex pain points in cross-border payments, FX risk management, and global compliance, and deliver tailored FinTech solutions to drive Oristapay’s revenue and TPV growth.

Key Responsibilities

* **Enterprise Acquisition:** Target and penetrate Top-tier Chinese outbound enterprises (E-commerce platforms, Brand Outbound, Gaming/Entertainment, and Smart Manufacturing), establishing C-level or VP-level relationships at their HQ.

* **Solution Selling:** Deeply understand clients’ global fund-flow challenges. Partner with internal Product, Tech, and Risk teams to design and pitch customized, comprehensive cross-border payment and treasury solutions.

* **Deal Execution:** Lead the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting, solution presentation, and commercial negotiation to contract signing and onboarding.

* **HQ Key Account Management:** Navigate the complex decision-making processes of large Chinese enterprises, ensuring strong relationship stickiness at the corporate headquarters level.

* **Market Intelligence:** Capture frontline market trends and large clients’ evolving needs, feedback insights to product teams to steer Oristapay’s product roadmap.

Requirements

* **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with 3+ years dedicated to **Cross-border Payments, Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Global Corporate Banking**.

* **Client Network:** Proven track record and existing C-Level/Treasury connections within major Chinese outbound companies or cross-border e-commerce leaders are highly preferred.

* **Domain Expertise:** Deep understanding of the cross-border payment ecosystem (Pay-in, Pay-out, FX, settlement networks, and global regulatory/AML compliance).

* **Sales Grit:** Outstanding consultative selling skills, with the stamina and strategic thinking required for long-cycle, high-value enterprise deals.

* **Language:** Native-level Mandarin (essential for HQ relationship management) and professional working proficiency in English.

作为 Oristapay 的大客户销售团队核心成员,你将专注于开拓和服务中国顶级的出海企业(包括全球化电商平台、大型智能制造、消费电子、跨国品牌等行业的头部巨头)。你将直接对接客户在中国的总部决策层,深入理解其在全球化进程中面临的跨境支付、全球资金收付、外汇管理及合规痛点,为其量身定制高效、安全的行业级支付解决方案,驱动 Oristapay 在大客户市场的业绩与交易量增长。

核心职责 (Key Responsibilities)

* **大客户开拓与渗透:** 聚焦中国 Top 级出海企业(涵盖平台型跨境电商、知名出海品牌、泛娱乐、智能制造等行业),精准识别目标客户,通过各种渠道触达并建立总部高层(C-Level/VP/财务总监)联系。

* **定制化方案销售:** 深入挖掘大客户在全球资金跨境循环中的复杂痛点(如本地收单、全球下发、外汇风险、区域合规挑战等),协同内部产品、技术及风控团队,为客户定制一站式的全球支付与资金管理解决方案。

* **商务谈判与落地:** 独立负责从商务接洽、方案宣讲、合同谈判到最终签约的全流程,并推动项目在国内外的顺利上线与客情维护,确保大客户的持续交易量(TPV)增长。

* **总部决策层客情维护:** 把握中国大企业“决策在总部、业务在全球”的特点,深耕客户国内总部高层关系,建立稳固的、长期的战略合作伙伴关系。

* **市场洞察与反哺:** 紧密追踪出海行业动态及竞争对手策略,将一线大客户的共性需求沉淀并反哺给内部产品团队,推动 Oristapay 产品的迭代与创新。

任职要求 (Requirements)

* **从业背景:** 5 年以上 B2B 大客户销售经验。其中至少 3 年以上专注于**跨境支付、大交易型 SaaS、企业级金融科技(FinTech)或大型商业银行跨境金融部**背景。

* **客户资源:** 拥有主流出海大厂、头部跨境电商、大型出海品牌(如知名 3C、智能硬件、快时尚等)总部决策层客户资源者优先。

* **专业能力:** 深刻理解跨境支付架构(如 Pay-in, Pay-out、本地清算网络、外汇管理、反洗钱合规等),能够与大客户的财务、法务、技术高层进行深度专业对话。

* **销售特质:** 具备极强的猎人特质和高客单价(High ACV)项目的长期客情死磕能力;逻辑清晰,具备优秀的商业咨询式销售能力。

* **语言与文化:** 母语级中文沟通及高水平的商业化表达,同时具备良好的英语工作能力(需与内部国际化团队或海外本地合规团队协作)。
