Braintrust is looking for a seasoned Sales Representative to drive growth and client adoption of our new Automated AI Workflow & Agents platform, Braintrust Nexus. In this role, you’ll be the front-line partner for mid-market and enterprise clients, helping them understand the value of Nexus from the initial discovery of their business needs through to successful onboarding and deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with both client stakeholders and Braintrust’s internal automation team to ensure a seamless transition to AI-powered workflows and agents that optimize business operations. This is a high-impact, client-facing position that calls for strong communication and consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of enterprise pain points, and the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven automation solutions. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role, and native-level English fluency is required.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Guide clients through structured pilots and multi-phase deployment strategies
- Build compelling business cases and pitch to stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to TA leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor—mapping AIR to each client’s pain points and hiring goals
- Capture feedback to help shape product and process improvements
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date pipeline and forecast via Salesforce
- Always be learning; research verticals, study metrics, and test messaging constantly

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 5–10 years of total experience, with 2–5+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or HR tech sales
- Experience selling early-stage or cutting-edge tech—especially in pilot-led motions
- Strong discovery and diagnosis skills—able to uncover pain and build urgency
- Proven ability to translate complex solutions into boardroom-ready value stories
- Familiarity with recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, etc.
- Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot and excitement about AI’s impact on hiring
