The Cisco Lysaker Platform team are looking for an embedded software engineer with knowledge of wireless solutions to join our team. You will be working closely with other embedded software engineers and wireless experts as well as hardware and test engineers to develop the next Cisco collaboration devices.

You will:
Work with wireless implementations for Cisco video collaboration products
Be part of evaluation and integration of new wireless solutions for future products
Take part in continuously improving the test environment by writing and suggesting tests to ensure high quality solutions, together with a broader team in a CI/CD environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant higher education and strong interest in embedded software integration of wireless solutions
Experience and understanding of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and relevant IEEE and Wi-Fi Alliance standards etc.
Experience and knowledge of C and Python
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting wireless systems, e.g. radio frequencies (RF) link performance, reliability, and quality.
Knowledge and experience with real-time multimedia and network security
Experience presenting technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Linux for embedded software products and development
