This is the target annual salary range for this role. This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, and other benefits [US Only] (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
The compensation range provided is influenced by various factors and represents the initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic and we strive to ensure that our base salary and total compensation package aligns and recognizes the top talent we aim to attract and retain. The compensation package of the successful candidate is based on various factors such as their skillset, experience, and job scope.

At Kraken, our Organic Growth team is the engine behind how the world discovers, learns about, and engages with our products and brand. We combine creativity, data, and technology to accelerate global awareness, acquisition, and retention, all in service of Kraken’s mission to bring crypto to the world.
The Organic Growth organization is made up of four specialized teams: SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), RAF (Refer-A-Friend), and Content. Together, these teams work across channels and platforms to build sustainable, compounding growth systems that reach millions of users every day.
We operate like a high-performing startup within Kraken. Testing, learning, and scaling what works at the intersection of search intelligence, storytelling, and product growth. From driving discoverability in the next generation of search and AI ecosystems to optimizing in-app visibility and referral loops, we’re obsessed with finding new ways to grow Kraken’s ecosystem organically.
Writing effective and compelling content across a range of sales, product and brand deliverables including landing pages, video scripts, presentations, fact sheets, email, push, display, paid social/search, blogs, education, and long-form thought leadership
Distilling value propositions and tailoring messaging to defined client segments across various channels
Collaborating with Product Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, Design and SMEs throughout the broader organization to support and facilitate the launch and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Optimizing current and future deliverables based on data-informed learnings
Passion for finance, economics, markets, technology and all things crypto
4+ years experience in copywriting, content strategy and development, or digital marketing in Finance or Technology
Experience simplifying complex technical concepts for a sophisticated audience segment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Ability to handle a high volume of deliverables simultaneously without compromising quality or missing deadlines
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
High level of accountability and say-to-do ratio
Knowledge and understanding of finance and/or cryptocurrency markets, technology, ecosystem and ethos is a big plus
