We’re currently looking for an experienced professional to lead partnership and process with external platforms and service providers across the market infrastructure ecosystem. This role will focus on coordinating onboarding to third-party platforms, managing day-to-day partner relationships, and monitoring operational and market-quality indicators to ensure reliable access to our technology. It’s a part-time or consulting engagement designed for someone with a solid understanding of crypto market infrastructure and established industry connections.

Responsibilities

· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with infrastructure and service partners — managing the full process from selection to deal execution (both commercial and operational aspects).
· Coordinate onboarding and oversee further cooperation with external platforms and services (including spot and perpetual venues), maintaining direct communication with the right contacts and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
· Monitor market-quality and KPI indicators on external venues and produce internal reporting;
· Serve as Neon’s internal reference and external spokesperson for market infrastructure and platform interactions.

Requirements

· Proven experience working with or for providers of market services and trading venues in digital assets or broader financial markets.
· Deep understanding of tokenomics, market infrastructure and microstructure, and different platform operations.
· Strong network within the relevant platforms and service providers.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and deliver results in a flexible, part-time format.
