What you’ll be responsible for:
As Director, Website Experience & Social, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Circle’s digital front door—our websites and organic social media channels. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, product, and technology. You’ll be accountable for building seamless, scalable, and brand-aligned digital experiences that drive measurable growth across diverse audiences. Your leadership will shape how Circle is discovered, perceived, and engaged with by institutions, developers, partners, and individuals globally.
What you’ll work on:
Defining and driving the strategic roadmap for Circle’s websites and organic social channels, aligning UX, brand, and performance for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Leading and growing a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, developers, and social media experts—fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Implementing and scaling systems for web governance, accessibility, localization, and compliance to support rapid iteration.
Driving performance across key metrics—including traffic quality, conversion rate, engagement, and audience growth—by applying best practices in UX, SEO, technical performance, and content.
Leveraging tools like GA4, Webflow, HubSpot, Smartling, and Sprout Social to enhance performance through automation, personalization, and experimentation.
Maintaining best-in-class UX and design standards across all digital touchpoints.
Serving as a thought partner across Growth, Brand & Creative, Product, and Business Development, identifying innovations in tooling and AI that enhance the user journey.
Surfacing insights that influence strategy, translating data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and aligning teams around clear goals and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
12+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, website management, or growth marketing.
6+ years of people management experience with a record of building high-performing teams.
Proven success leading large-scale website and social media initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strong design sensibility and ability to guide user-centric, brand-aligned digital design.
Deep knowledge of modern web architecture, including CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow), SEO/SEM, CRO, and UX optimization.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker or Superset, HubSpot, and AI-based personalization or testing tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including executive-level influence.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in Web3, crypto, or digital payment ecosystems.
Familiarity with institutional enterprise audiences and developer marketing strategies.
Contributions to design systems, accessibility standards, or documentation frameworks.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$190,000 – $242,500
