Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you’ll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and innovative Director, Global Revenue Enablement to lead, design, and build our revenue enablement function from the ground up.

You’ll partner closely with GTM Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Operations to define and execute a global enablement strategy that equips our field teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to effectively engage customers, position Crusoe’s AI and cloud solutions, and drive revenue performance.

This is a builder role ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is passionate about empowering teams to win. You’ll shape our enablement vision, launch high-impact programs, and ensure every customer-facing role is prepared to deliver Crusoe’s value at every stage of the buyer journey.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Design and execute Crusoe’s revenue enablement strategy, including programs, content, tools, and methodologies that support GTM effectiveness and scale global sales productivity.

  • Build and lead a high-performing enablement team as Crusoe grows, fostering a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and operational excellence.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to own the field readiness process for new product launches.

  • Translate complex technical capabilities and product strategies into engaging, actionable enablement materials that help field teams articulate Crusoe’s differentiated value.

  • Develop and deliver launch playbooks, messaging frameworks, and training modules that ensure alignment and accelerate adoption across sales, marketing, and customer success. Collaborate with Marketing on content development, campaign alignment, and value messaging.

  • Create a structured enablement cadence including New Hire Onboarding, Continuous Learning, Sales Kickoff (SKO), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Design and deliver workshops on selling methodologies, customer discovery, and value articulation for Crusoe’s AI and cloud solutions.

  • Standardize enablement curriculum, materials, and certification programs across all GTM functions. Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and process alignment across the buyer journey.

  • Implement and manage a modern Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting tools to deliver scalable, data-driven enablement programs.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to track performance, identify skill gaps, and tailor enablement initiatives by region, segment, and persona.

  • Partner with GTM leadership to implement coaching frameworks and reinforce best practices in the field.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 15+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales, within high tech, AI, or cloud infrastructure environments.

  • Proven success building and scaling enablement programs from inception through maturity.

  • Deep understanding of enablement best practices, IaaS business model, complex tech sales cycles, and enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC).

  • Strong experience with enablement and sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, content management systems, and LMS platforms.

  • Exceptional communicator skilled at translating complex technology into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at prioritizing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
