What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced RevOps to serve as a strategic partner to our VP of Sales while driving operational excellence across our cybersecurity startup. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, comprehensive growth strategy development, including travel to support critical channel partnerships and key client relationships.

What you will do:

  • Proven experience leading strategic revenue operations and GTM scaling in high-growth environments
  • Strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive growth
  • Skilled in upselling, retention strategies, and optimizing Account Executive performance
  • Expertise in building scalable, data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
  • Experience designing compensation plans, quotas, and territory structures
  • Ability to scale efficiently without relying on headcount growth
  • Experience developing and executing channel and partner strategies
  • Executive presence for key customer meetings and high-value deals
  • Operational ownership of contracts, commissions, business planning, and performance metrics
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Expertise in sales enablement, coaching programs, and AE development paths

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 10 years of experience as an experienced RevOps.
  • Proven track record of leading revenue growth.
  • Deep cybersecurity industry experience with understanding of security technologies and buyer personas
  • Extensive experience selling to CISOs, IT Directors, and other technical decision-makers
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and revenue operations platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Willingness and ability to travel when strategic opportunities require executive presence
  • “Lead from the front” leadership style with ability to engage customers and partners when needed
  • Strong board-level presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in startup/scale-up environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Go-to-Market consulting experience with early-stage SaaS startups
  • Experience with sales channel development including technical alliance partners and resellers
  • Track record of success in high-impact, customer-facing executive roles
  • Experience leading through company acquisitions and integrations
  • Speaking and thought leadership experience in sales organizations
