Position Overview:
As the Director of Product Marketing at Immersve, you will shape and execute the marketing and product strategy for our digital payment offerings. You’ll drive go-to-market initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams and global partners, ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned, adopted, and aligned with strategic business growth. This role is critical to elevating our presence, adoption and influence in the rapidly evolving crypto and stablecoin ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end user adoption of Immersve powered Mastercard’s via our partner channel and broader web3 ecosystem (e.g. DeFi protocols, chains, stables // digital assets).
- Strategic Product Marketing Leadership – Develop and execute end-to-end strategies aligned to crypto and stablecoin product growth.
- Market Research and User Insights – Collaborate on market research and UX optimization to drive adoption and unlock new value streams.
- Positioning and Messaging – Create clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with Web3-native, enterprise, and mainstream audiences.
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Lead product launches with compelling GTM plans, integrated marketing campaigns, and internal alignment.
- Content and Storytelling – Oversee content creation across thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, and social media to amplify Immersve’s voice.
- Sales Enablement – Equip sales and partner teams with positioning tools, presentations, and competitive intelligence.
- Industry Leadership – Stay ahead of trends, emerging technologies, compliance shifts, and represent Immersve in the global crypto marketing landscape.
- Co-design adoption campaigns – Work with internal teams and partners to create and execute campaigns that drive onboarding and usage.
- Drive user adoption – Grow Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and increase Gross Dollar Volume (GDV) by converting intent into action.
- Partner ecosystem strategy – Map supplier partnerships to strengthen platform features, remove blockers, and enhance scalability.
- Ensure Go-to-Market best practice – Bring structure, frameworks, and innovation to GTM planning and execution across regions.
- Clear and useable cardholder insights – Gather feedback and behavioral insights to optimize product-market fit and lifecycle engagement.
- Customer funnel analysis – Identify B2C funnel gaps, attention-worthy cohorts, and opportunities to improve conversion.
What you bring:
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and the evolving crypto ecosystem.
- Solid experience in product marketing or similar leadership roles, ideally launching new products in Web3 or crypto environments.
- High business acumen, planning discipline, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability team.
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action, comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Executive presence, influencing capability, and ability to represent Immersve at global events.
- Exceptional communication skills – capable of simplifying complex concepts into powerful, audience-driven narratives.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
- You’re highly organised and work with a structured, outcome orientated focus.
- You work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
