The Role

As Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with our existing crypto partners while identifying and onboarding new high-impact Web3 projects. We need someone with deep crypto experience who can creatively strengthen partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and drive meaningful collaborations. Your ability to navigate the Web3 ecosystem, negotiate complex deals, and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives will be critical in accelerating KAST’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to deepen the relationship with major crypto projects, to drive ecosystem growth and adoption.
  • Establish partnerships with financial institutions, payment, on/off ramp, and other key infrastructure providers.
  • Establish, manage, and scale relationships with traditional banking partners, fintech platforms, and Web3-native organizations.
  • Lead end-to-end deal negotiations, from initial outreach to contract execution and implementation.
  • Identify and assess new business development opportunities that align with KAST’s mission.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, compliance, and marketing, to ensure seamless partner integrations.
  • Drive GTM efforts by working with marketing and product teams to support ecosystem partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, and joint ventures.
  • Represent KAST at industry events, conferences, and Web3 community gatherings.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a BD capacity within web3 and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of stablecoins, DeFi, and institutional crypto adoption.
  • Proven track record in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, particularly with financial institutions and crypto-native firms.
  • Experience onboarding banks, fintechs, and payment networks into crypto-related initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a history of closing high-impact deals.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in crypto and stablecoin ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently on deals end-to-end given KAST is a global company.
  • Bonus: Experience launching and executing GTM strategies in the crypto space.
