About your mission! – Make an impact 🚀

Alerts are one of the key and most requested products on TradingView. More than one million users rely on this functionality every day, and the total number of active alerts is currently around 12 million. Our alerts are deservedly considered the best in their segment, but we are committed to continuous development and improvement. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Engineering Manager of Product Development to lead the Product Development unit and ensure the stable and sustainable development of our product.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

Engineering:

• Managing the tech lead,
• Controlling and approving tech specifications,
• Ensuring architectural integrity.

Development:

• Ensuring product quality and stability, supervising the QA lead,
• Organizing and standardizing the processes and procedures to increase development efficiency and optimize time-to-market, supervising the Project Manager.

Product delivery:

• Developing and coordinating product delivery plans with the product manager
• Ensuring the implementation and predictability of quarterly plans, managing stakeholders’ expectations.

Team management:

• Managing the team leads,
• Developing the teams according to company strategy and product delivery plans
• Ensuring the performance review process, developing and approving personal development plans for subordinates, supervising PDP for other unit mates.

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience in development and support of high-load and high-availability internet services.
• 2+ years of experience in the same role.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
