How you’ll drive success 🏆
- Lead the DevOps team: manage priorities, coordinate tasks, and support team development
- Design and implement strategies for managing cluster infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
- Establish and optimize organization-wide CI/CD and automation processes
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to support the full application lifecycle
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of cluster environments (e.g., Kubernetes, oVirt, VMware)
- Manage technical debt and optimize infrastructure costs
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and infrastructure solutions
What makes you the perfect fit 🤝
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE, including at least 2 years in a management or tech lead role
- Hands-on experience managing cluster infrastructure (Kubernetes, oVirt, VMware, bare metal)
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, EKS, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform)
- Deep understanding of IaC, GitOps, CI/CD principles, and security best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Linux, Docker, GitLab CI, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
- Experience in performance tuning, fault tolerance, and system scalability
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and infrastructure lifecycle management
Management Skills
- Proven experience leading distributed DevOps/SRE teams
- Strategic planning and technical leadership capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and balance delivery speed with system reliability
- Experience building effective cross-functional processes (Dev, QA, Security, Infra)
- Hands-on incident management and post-mortem facilitation experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to justify decisions and build trust within the team and across departments
- Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and high level of ownership

This is a hybrid role based in either of our Limassol, Malaga or Tbilisi offices.
