Location: Chicago office (flex hybrid)

Incumbent should be a highly motivated, client focused individual as a member of the Global Listings Team which specializes in Exchange Traded Products. The team which is responsible for all phases of and Issuer’s pre-listing and post-listing experience.

Job Duties:

Business Development

  • Pitching the Listing opportunity to current and prospect asset managers to convince them to choose Cboe as their listing venue for new launches and transfers from other primary listing venues.
  • Prepare internal/external presentations and other materials as needed to support these pitches
  • Domestic travel required

Relationship Management/Account Coverage

  • Manage relationships with product sponsors, market makers, index providers, custodians and other service providers to create community of advocates for Cboe Listings
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, index, legal, options to support the client’s needs

Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis

  • Prepare information for QBRs and Cboe board presentations
  • Engaging with market makers and issuers, in conjunction with the Equities team, to develop liquidity programs and improve market quality of trading for the end investor
  • Develop business intelligence solutions to analyze the ETP industry competitive landscape and evaluate effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Explore new revenue or M&A opportunities, construct cost analysis models, and develop business plans

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee new listing and transfer processes from product development to product launch and ongoing market quality surveillance in conjunction with internal teams
  • Enhancing the post launch experience with custom marketing opportunities with other select partners such as their index providers to grow assets and trading volumes

Education/Skills:

  • High energy individual with integrity who is a self-starter with strong initiative to produce and to deliver in an active, small team environment within a global company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics/Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 – 7 years of experience in ETP industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel VBA) and Bloomberg; Salesforce
  • Ability to navigate and coordinate with various groups within Cboe at senior and junior levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage the details within a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting in a customer-oriented environment

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $143,650-$177,450. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:

US Geographic Differentials:

  • 110%: Austin TX, Chicago IL, Denver CO, San Diego CA

  • 115%: Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA

  • 120%: Boston MA, Washington DC

  • 125%: New York City NY

  • 130%: San Francisco CA

Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
