What you’ll do
- Take the lead in the design and development of core components of the on-chain trading system, and deeply participate in the realization of core functions such as asset storage, transaction matching, clearing and settlement, and on-chain order processing.
- Based on high-performance requirements, a high-concurrency and low-latency system architecture is constructed using the Rust language, achieving a transaction processing capacity of over 200,000 orders per second and a block latency of less than 200ms.
- Work closely with the product, risk control and security teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions and ensure that the system meets complex financial transaction scenarios.
- Be responsible for code quality control, write highly readable and maintainable code, improve the automated testing and monitoring system, and ensure the stable operation of the system.
What you’ll need
- More than 3 years of Rust development experience, with a solid language foundation, proficient in core features such as asynchronous programming, memory management, and concurrent control;
- Have development experience in high-performance blockchain trading systems, decentralized exchanges (DEX), or the fintech field, and have a deep understanding of business logics such as trading matching, clearing and settlement, risk control management, and market-making strategies;
- Have led or participated in the development of high-performance core components on the pure chain, be familiar with on-chain state machines, order book models and real-time settlement mechanisms, and those with successful project implementation experience are preferred.
- Have a profound understanding of the underlying technologies of blockchain, be familiar with the architecture design of Layer 1 blockchain, and master technologies such as consensus algorithms and smart contract development;
- Possessing excellent problem-solving skills and architectural design thinking, capable of promoting the implementation of complex projects under high pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, able to adapt to the rapid iterative development pace;
- Bonus points: Have experience in Layer 1 technology development or experience in building trading systems based on Layer 1;

- 技术规范推动：在团队内推动工程规范与技术文档建设，提升整体开发效率与交付质量。
任职要求：
- 3 年以上 Rust 或 C++ 开发经验，具备扎实的系统编程能力，熟练掌握异步编程、内存管理和并发控制；
- 有高性能内存化交易系统开发经验，深入理解交易撮合、清算结算、风控与做市业务，有实际落地项目者优先
- 具备良好的系统设计与架构能力，能够在高负载、高并发场景下进行性能优化与瓶颈排查；
- 优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能在高压环境下推动项目交付；
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力，适应快节奏、敏捷迭代的开发环境。
加分项：
- 熟悉区块链虚拟机（如 EVM、WASM VM）底层运行逻辑；
- 有确定性系统设计经验，如确定性并发、状态机复制等；
- 参与过主流 DeFi 项目或链上撮合交易所开发。
