WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop and maintain internal tooling that empowers developers to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality software.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines that embed security controls while supporting efficient and predictable software delivery.
- Automating cloud provisioning with Infrastructure as Code to enhance reliability, scalability, and security.
- Enhance system resilience with observability, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with backend, security and other teams to ensure secure, performant, and compliant operations across the wallet platform.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or Platform engineering (Python preferred)
- Experience with microservices architecture• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, or CloudFormation) to automate provisioning of cloud resources
- Hands-on with container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Background in secure system design, key management (HSM, AWS KMS), digital signatures, or cryptography
- DevSecOps experience (security automation, vulnerability management, and compliance in CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with high availability and multi-cloud architectures.
- Background in fintech, crypto, or institutional-grade systems, with familiarity in blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols
