Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a reliable DevOps engineer who delivers fast and consistently. You believe in Infrastructure as Code and automation, follow GitOps principles, and enjoy building clean, reproducible systems. You’re always exploring new technologies and can bring unfamiliar tools to near-production readiness quickly. The idea of building your own cloud excites you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain and troubleshoot core infrastructure on Kubernetes (cloud and bare-metal)
- Own observability — add alerts, improve dashboards, ensure full system visibility
- Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in cloud R&D — storage, networking, virtualization, hardware
- Assist with support — debug issues with customer VMs/workloads, answer technical questions
- Join the on-call rotation to help keep the platform solid and reliable
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of production experience
- Solid Kubernetes knowledge — you’ve deployed and managed real clusters
- Strong Terraform skills and an IaC mindset
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools
- Experience with the Prometheus ecosystem
- Ability to work independently and deliver fast
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience assembling servers
- Knowledge on how datacenters operate
- Strong networking fundamentals (L2/L3, VLANs, routing)
- Experience with KVM-based virtualization (Proxmox, KubeVirt), especially tuning and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Russian
What You’ll Tackle First:
- Help setting up observability in a newly built Kubernetes cluster for internal infrastructure.
Future Challenges:
- You’ll be part of building our own cloud — working closely with hardware, advanced networking, and systems-level R&D.
You’ll help expand our core platform by adding:
- Advanced networking (NAT gateways, load-balancers)
- GPU support
- Secure container runtime
- Distributed storage
