About the Role

VeryAI is hiring a Design Lead to craft a cohesive visual identity across the entire company, including product UX, the website, marketing creative, and research publications.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UX design across the Proof-of-Reality product experience.
  • Design and maintain the VeryAI website and all marketing surfaces.
  • Produce graphic assets for product, research publications, and external communications.
  • Work with product and engineering on rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Shape the visual language of a category that does not have an established aesthetic yet.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong portfolio covering UX, web, and graphic design. We want to see range and decision-making, not just execution.
  • Proficiency using Claude as a daily design and production tool.
  • Comfort moving between product, marketing, and brand without losing consistency.
  • Ability to work in-person with the NYC product team. This is not a remote role.

Strong Candidates May Also Have

  • Motion and animation skills.
  • Experience designing for technical or infrastructure products where simplifying complex ideas visually is part of the job.
  • Familiarity with crypto, identity, or privacy as a product category.
  • Based in Miami, New York, or San Francisco is a plus.
