🌔 About the Opportunity
The Design Director is responsible for leading and elevating the multidisciplinary design team at Otherlife. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role acts as the bridge between creative leadership and hands-on design execution, ensuring all design output aligns with the agency’s creative vision, quality standards, and client objectives.
The Design Director will oversee a talented group of senior designers, graphic designers, motion designers, illustrators, 3D designers, brand designers, and web designers. They will be accountable for maintaining design excellence across all client projects, fostering professional growth within the team, and optimizing creative processes to deliver high-quality, innovative work on time and on brand.
Importantly, this is not a purely managerial role. The Design Director will also lead high-profile projects directly, contributing their own creative ideas, hands-on design work, and production expertise. They will be deeply involved in concepting, prototyping, and execution, setting the standard for design quality through both leadership and personal contribution.
This is a critical role that ensures Otherlife’s creative direction is executed with precision and consistency, supporting both the agency’s creative ambitions and its operational success.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of the most talented design teams in the digital and Web3 space. The Design Director at Otherlife will play a pivotal part in shaping the agency’s creative output, fostering design excellence, and helping define the future of digital design for some of the world’s most innovative brands.
