Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of analytical insights that support business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Partner with product, growth, and commercial teams to identify analytical opportunities and solve business problems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor business performance.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build scalable analytical workflows using Python and/or R to automate analyses and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of internal data tools and web applications that allow stakeholders to explore and interact with data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across analytical outputs.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support experimentation frameworks and analyze results from A/B tests and product experiments.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least two analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches, prioritization, and best practices.
- Contribute to building a strong data culture and improving data literacy across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles in a tech, fintech, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong experience with Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows.
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience performing business analysis, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Experience building data tools, analytical scripts, or web-based analytical applications is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
