We are looking for a go-getter Data Analyst to help the Product team and Founders on driving insights from data to improve our strategy, communication, customer experience, go-to-market etc.
Roles and responsibilities:
Take care of the breadth & depth of huge amounts of data available across different tools or pipelines, and unify the tools
Automate the process for finding common & uncommon patterns in data
Analyze the data, create hypotheses, run experiments & prove the Customer value as recommendations to the company
Help Product Managers in analyzing the new product/feature performance post-launch
Act as the single point of contact for Product analysis across the company
Experience
Technical skills to work with huge amounts of data & create dashboards is necessary (SQL, Metabase, Redash, Python, Firebase, GA)
Experience in handling customer behaviors data (not only transactional)
Able to prioritize Customer Outcomes over the transactional nature of metrics & initiatives
Excellent communication skills (as a storyteller) to all levels of teams, including various stakeholders & investors with ease and efficiency
Able to challenge decisions taken by stakeholders or teams & provide suggestive steps leveraging insights & recommendations
