All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
- You’ll lead the strategy that defines, builds, and iterates on the data foundation for LLM-based workflows, building systems that turn raw game and our players data into structured context for agent actions, decisions, and outputs.
- You’ll build and maintain retrieval pipelines (RAG), vector search, prompt logs, and feedback loops while also architecting and overseeing our hybrid data infrastructure to support analytics and AI use cases in parallel.
- You’ll set up and manage structured embeddings, context providers, and caching layers for fast, accurate LLM responses. Validating the accuracy of our data, defining pipelines where AI can propose hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and recommend next steps with humans in the loop.
- You’ll collaborate with our engineers and product leads to integrate data access and logic into LLM workflows across product, marketing, support, and operations. You’ll lead the traditional data responsibilities: pipelines, ETLs, dashboards, product and game analytics, and LiveOps reporting.
- You’ll design player segmentation, LTV modeling, A/B testing, economy tuning insights, all with a view toward AI-assisted and LLM decision support.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 5+ years in data architecture, product analytics, or ML infrastructure with hands-on experience with LLM or agent-based systems.
- Deep experience with modern data stacks (e.g. BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Metabase) and AI-native layers (e.g. LangChain, Weaviate, Pinecone, pgvector, OpenAI APIs).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with fluency in prompt structuring, vector search tuning, and structured output parsing (JSON, Markdown).
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through tech transitions, preferably with startup or LiveOps-heavy game backgrounds.
- Ability to balance speed vs. safety in AI workflows: prompt evals, human-in-the-loop safety, prompt hygiene, and logging.
- Experience working with gaming or Web3 data is a strong plus.
- Clear, decisive communication especially when translating complexity into action.
