As part of our Data Academy, you will begin your journey into the world of data analytics, cloud platforms, and business intelligence. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and structured training while you contribute to real-world data projects in a collaborative and agile environment.
You will work alongside experienced analysts and engineers, gradually building your technical, analytical, and communication skills in a supportive team setting.
Key Responsabilities:
Participate in structured training programs focused on data analytics, cloud fundamentals, and modern data tools.
Support data analysis and reporting tasks, contributing to the quality and consistency of business data.
Assist in monitoring data pipelines and scheduled workflows, learning how to identify basic issues or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support simple data validation or reconciliation activities.
Learn to read and interpret scripts and queries (e.g., SQL, Python), with guidance from more senior team members.
Document processes, issues, and results clearly and contribute to knowledge-sharing with your team.
Engage in agile ceremonies and teamwork, developing both your technical and soft skills.
Gain exposure to real projects involving business intelligence tools, data governance platforms, and cloud-based workflows.
Learn the fundamentals of banking and treasury operations, gaining industry context for your work with financial data.
We’re seeking energetic, curious, and motivated individuals who:
Have at least 6 month of experience or academic background in data analysis, technical support, or data platforms.
Have programming knowledge in Python, SQL, and Java.
Are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment.
Have basic experience with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, etc.
Are familiar with cloud environments (Azure) and automation (e.g., Control-M, Shell scripting).
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an interest in reviewing and supervising data processes.
Thrive in agile, collaborative teams, and communicate clearly in both English (B2-C1) and Spanish (a strong plus).
Are adaptable, results-oriented, and eager to take on diverse technical responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or Vocational Education and Training in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
