As part of the academy, you will:

  • Participate in structured training and real projects focused on data analytics and cloud platforms.

  • Support data processes using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Qlik, Hue (Hive/Impala), Databricks, and Airflow.

  • Learn to interpret and analyze data with Python, SQL, Scala, and Java.

  • Work on data pipelines and workflows with Hadoop, Pyspark, and Azure Cloud technologies.

  • Collaborate in agile teams, contributing to analysis, data quality checks, and reporting tasks.

  • Gain exposure to industry tools like SUPRA, TrueDat, and Control-M for data governance and automation.

  • Develop an understanding of cloud environments and scripting through Shell scripting and cloud orchestration.

  • Improve your soft skills by working with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.

  • Learn the fundamentals of banking and treasury operations, an added plus in financial data environments.

Qualifications

We’re seeking energetic, curious, and motivated individuals who:

  • Have at least 6 month of experience or academic background in data analysis, technical support, or data platforms.

  • Are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment.

  • Have basic experience with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, etc.

  • Are familiar with cloud environments (Azure) and automation (e.g., Control-M, Shell scripting).

  • Have programming knowledge in Python, SQL, and Java.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an interest in reviewing and supervising data processes.

  • Thrive in agile, collaborative teams, and communicate clearly in both English (B2-C1) and Spanish (a strong plus).

  • Are adaptable, results-oriented, and eager to take on diverse technical responsibilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or Vocational Education and Training in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
