Customer Support with Italian

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in customer support, combined with expertise in trading financial markets, possesses excellent proficiency in both English and Italian, and is eager to join a meaningful and ambitious project.

What can you expect?

• You will play a key role in our team, working full-time to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services.

• Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering queries, including phone calls). No cold calls involved.

• Working with internal applications.

• Occasional translations from English to Italian.

What do we expect from you?

• Excellent command of both English and Italian.

• Experience with CFD trading, including MT4/5, TradingView, or similar tools.

• A strong understanding of how proprietary trading firms operate.

• Previous experience in customer support is required.

• A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.

• Strong organisational skills, particularly in time management.
