CoinJar, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Ireland. You will be responsible for providing industry-leading support for our products and creating a positive experience for CoinJar customers. Prospective team members will have a customer-centric focus and strong empathy for the customer.
This full-time role offers a fully remote work arrangement with occasional office visits required, maximum once a month for engagement days with the team.
Schedule: 4-day work week (Saturday–Tuesday or Friday–Sunday), 08:30–17:30
Salary: €35,000–€37,500 per annum

Reporting to the global Head of CS, and working with the Irish CEO, you will be part of a local and global team of like-minded professionals.
