• Collaborating with internal teams to share user feedback
• Conducting outbound calls for user research and insights

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A user-first, problem-solving mindset
• 0–1 year of prior experience in a support or user-facing role
• Patience, professionalism, and a calm approach under pressure
