What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer queries via email and live chat
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Ensuring a smooth, positive user experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share user feedback
  • Conducting outbound calls for user research and insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Patience, professionalism, and ability to stay calm under pressure
