We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced person with a background in Options trading to join our team.

Experience level- 1 to 2 years

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat.

Giving prompt answers to customer questions.

Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.

Identify and escalate complex issues to senior customer service representatives or managers.

KYC Review: review and evaluate documentation for new customer accounts.
