About this role in the team:

We’re entering a critical phase of customer adoption for two of our most strategic products: Embedded Payments and our Layer 1 Blockchain Infrastructure. Both are evolving rapidly. They require thoughtful onboarding, clear communication, and strategic hand-holding as clients navigate implementation, compliance, and technical integration.

This is not a reactive, ticket-closing role. We’re looking for a strategic partner for our customers and internal teams. You’ll work across product, sales, compliance, and engineering to drive successful launches, ensure ongoing adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for your portfolio of clients, from onboarding to adoption to renewal.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships and technical rollouts.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering to resolve customer issues and feed back insights to inform roadmap and support readiness.
  • Build and deliver project plans, QBRs, and success playbooks tailored to each client.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to grow accounts.
  • Proactively mitigate churn risks and ensure customer satisfaction with a bias toward action.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • Payments experience is required, bonus if you’ve worked with embedded finance, acquiring, issuing, crypto, or Layer 1/L2 protocols.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
  • Startup mentality: you’re resourceful, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, you know how to simplify the complex and present with confidence.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Notion, Slack, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Crypto and/or AI experience a strong plus.
