Your Purpose

As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue from Bitso’s existing user base by designing and executing strategies that improve early activation, retention, and prevent cashouts. You will leverage data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns and user journeys, ensuring our customers derive maximum value from Bitso’s products. This role is perfect for a bold decision-maker who thrives on turning data into actionable strategies and isn’t afraid to take risks to move the needle.

Who You Are

  • Lifecycle Marketing Expert: Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or growth marketing, with a focus on improving customer engagement and revenue.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms to design and automate user journeys.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using data tools like Looker Studio, Excel, etc. to extract insights and measure campaign performance.
  • Customer-Centric Strategist: Deep understanding of user behavior, with the ability to design flows and triggers that improve activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborative Leader: Experience working closely with product, onboarding, and marketing teams to align strategies and launch impactful campaigns.
  • A/B Testing Enthusiast: Experience collaborating with data science teams to design, execute, and monitor A/B tests with proper segmentation.
  • Bold Decision-Maker: A proactive mindset with the confidence to make decisions that drive measurable results and move the needle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with crypto or fintech products is a plus, but not required.

What You Will Do

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to improve early activation, retention, and revenue from existing users.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM Automation: Use CRM tools like CleverTap and HubSpot to create automated flows, triggers, and personalized campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with the data science team to design, segment, execute, and monitor A/B tests that optimize user journeys and campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product onboarding team and other marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with user journeys and business goals.
  • Experimentation: Test and optimize campaigns, flows, and triggers to continuously improve performance and user engagement.
  • Reporting: Use tools like Looker Studio to track key metrics, measure impact, and report on campaign success to leadership.
  • Bold Decision-Making: Make data-driven decisions that drive significant growth and revenue, even in the face of uncertainty.

Your Team

You will lead a team of 2 direct reports, collaborating closely with the Product, Onboarding, Marketing, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle strategies.
