This is a customer-facing role in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and therefore requires exceptional soft skills in order to quickly establish credibility with our B2B clients and partners, and to guide them in focusing their developers on building financial services rather than infrastructure.
High throughput of thousands of messages per second, effective data management, resilience, flexibility, and extensibility are some of the key topics you will deal with.

How
Collaborate with the sales team and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Develop customized technical solutions and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the capabilities and value proposition of your real-time payments platforms and settlements solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle to address customer inquiries, mitigate concerns, and ensure delivery.
Conduct product training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams, external partners, and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your solutions and their potential applications.
Continuously update and enhance your knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Assist revenue teams in qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, and crafting tailored sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate the feasibility and value of your offerings for prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and implementation teams, to address customer requirements to engineering team
Someone who can own the entire project lifecycle. This includes defining technical and business requirements, designing the architecture, overseeing implementation, and ensuring smooth deployment into production. You’ll be the bridge between technical execution and strategic delivery, driving outcomes that align with client goals and our vision for scalable, developer-focused tools.
