ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Planning: Responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap planning, and full life cycle management for cross-border card issuance (e.g., multi-currency virtual cards, corporate cards) and OTC (Over-the-Counter) trading products.
- Market Needs Analysis: Deeply understand the pain points of cross-border merchants, businesses, and individual users concerning payments, collections, and fund management, and identify market opportunities.
- Product Design & Implementation: Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD); collaborate closely with R&D, Design, Risk Control, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Card Issuance Product Management: Lead the functional design of card products (e.g., transaction controls, billing management), manage card scheme (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) API integration,and enhance the card issuance and user experience.
- OTC Product Optimization: Responsible for optimizing OTC trading processes, including pricing strategy, liquidity management, transaction security, and customer support systems, to enhance product competitiveness and user retention.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track core product metrics, perform data analysis, and gather user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize products, driving user satisfaction and business value.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Manager experience in the payments or FinTech sector, with a proven track record of successful cross-border payment, card issuance, or OTC-related product management cases.
- Essential Experience: Deep understanding of card scheme rules, card issuance processes, KYC/AML regulations; familiarity with OTC trading models, liquidity management, and related risk control practices.
- Excellent logical analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-functional team collaboration.
- Data-sensitive, possessing strong data analysis capabilities, and able to make product decisions based on data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to use English as a working language is a strong plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
