About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Producer to bring our creative visions to life! You’ll be the operational backbone of our creative projects, managing everything from pre-production planning to final delivery. This role combines creative expertise with strong project management skills, requiring someone who can execute flawlessly while maintaining creative excellence across all digital platforms.
Full-Time, Remote – UK & EU Candidates (Preference for In-Person/Hybrid in London)
Availability during CET/BST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) for team collaboration and meetings
Salary Range: $30,000 – $60,000 USD per year
Produce and coordinate creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
Create detailed storyboards and scripts for short-form content and campaign reveals
Manage creative production timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with team members including videographers, editors, designers, and external partners
Oversee content strategy execution tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Scout and identify trends that can be quickly turned into actionable content opportunities
Organize creative shoots and production schedules for maximum efficiency
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and deliverables
Manage creative assets and maintain organized project files and resources
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
Quality control all creative work before final delivery
Stay current with platform requirements and technical specifications for optimal performance
Track project performance and gather insights to improve future productions
Handle creative briefing and translate concepts into clear production plans

2-5 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or project management
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
Hands-on production experience with storyboarding, scripting, and content creation
Deep platform knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Content production expertise with understanding of what works on each platform and why
Creative coordination skills – ability to manage teams and external partners effectively
Timeline management experience with tight deadlines and fast-moving content cycles
Asset management skills for organizing and maintaining creative resources
Communication excellence for liaising between creative and business stakeholders
Trend awareness with ability to spot opportunities and act quickly
Technical understanding of video production, editing workflows, and platform specifications
Budget management experience for creative projects and resource allocation
Quality assurance mindset with attention to detail and brand standards
Problem-solving abilities to handle production challenges and last-minute changes
Portfolio showcasing successful creative productions and project management
Experience using Linear for task management and Slack for team communication
Availability during CET/BST business hours for team collaboration and meetings
Vendor management experience working with freelancers and external creative partners
Budgeting and cost control experience for creative projects
Experience with lifestyle or business content production
Understanding of creative workflows from concept through post-production
Knowledge of content performance metrics and optimization strategies
Experience coordinating influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
Familiarity with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) for hands-on production support
International content experience adapting creative for different markets
Experience with live content and real-time production scenarios
