About The Role 🤔:Web3 is transforming how players experience games—and we’re looking for a visionary Creative Lead to shape that future. In this role, you’ll define and protect Immutable’s visual and emotional identity across every touchpoint in the Immutable ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything we ship doesn’t just work—it feels unmistakably Immutable. This isn’t just about design excellence; it’s about crafting a cohesive, inspiring brand universe that brings magic to every interaction.
As our Creative Lead, your mission will be to Unify all design touchpoints—from product interfaces to brand campaigns and social engagement—into a single, irresistible narrative that accelerates Immutable’s adoption by studios and player.
You will define and protect Immutable’s visual and emotional identity—ensuring every product (Play Feed, Game-Fi, Audience Builder) feels unmistakably ‘us’ while pushing the boundaries of web3 gaming design.
You’ll own the end-to-end brand experience—from product vision through to scalable systems. You’ll collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to push the boundaries of what Web3 gaming can look and feel like. Your work will help establish Immutable as a category-defining leader in game design and brand expression—uniting emotional storytelling, innovative interaction, and next-gen visuals to build the future of gaming.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:

  • Define and protect Immutable’s end-to-end brand universe—defining brand including illustration,imagery, motion, and sonic identity across all products and touch points.
  • Deliver Brand and Design Systems Co-create the product vision, ensuring UI patterns feel delightfully on-brand at scale.
  • Supercharge studio assets with AI—automagically transforming art into immersive experiences (e.g., image-to-video quest teasers).Serve as the guardian of cohesion by auditing everything from tweets to event booths.
  • Define and evolve our brand and motion systems to deliver emotionally impactful experiences across Play Feed, Game-Fi, and beyond.
  • Prototype next-gen interactions, like interactive NFT previews and procedural animation for digital assets.
  • Pioneer AI-augmented creativity—using tools like Runway to generate sound/motion variants, then curating the best into scalable systems.
  • Ensure motion design scales consistently across products using shared libraries and principles.

We’d Love You To Bring 🤝:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design with a strong focus on consumer products.
  • Deep expertise in motion design and emotional UX, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling brand systems across multiple digital products and touch points.
  • Proven experience creative directing digital advertising and social campaigns.
  • Experience designing end-to-end brand identity systems, including sonic, visual, and interactive components.
  • Ability to push the boundaries to drive next-gen immersive experiences using tools like generative AI, or procedural animation.
  • Strong track record of working across teams to align brand, product, growth and social into a cohesive design language.
  • Experience leading creative teams and mentoring designers while maintaining high executional standards.
  • Comfortable using generative and AI-assisted tools to enhance creative workflows and accelerate iteration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions rooted in user feedback, brand cohesion and data.
