As a Creative and Video Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and videos that communicate complex ideas and concepts. You will work closely with our team of designers, writers, and developers to create compelling visual content that meets our clients’ needs. Your skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software will be essential in creating high-quality motion graphics that captivate our audience. What will you be doing?

• Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality control throughout the design and production process

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in motion design.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Luma, etc.) is increasingly important.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and align objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Develop visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms
• Create storyboards, animatics, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the design process
