Country Manager, UAE – Crypto Card Product

KAST is building the world’s first Global Stablecoin Neo-Bank. We issue a Credit Card, local bank accounts and global payouts, focusing on a premium product with high acceptance rates. Since our launch a year ago we are now among the top 5 globally in the crypto card space — and we’re only getting started.

KAST is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our crypto card product in the UAE. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record at a crypto exchange or crypto card product, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market nuances. As the local market owner, you will drive product localization, community growth, and domestic scaling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, navigate the regulatory landscape, and represent KAST as the face of our brand in your country.

• Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST’s crypto card product.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the UAE market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
• Navigate Regulation: Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly.
• Local Product Development: Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the UAE, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
• Domestic Scaling: Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success.

• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential. We need individuals who understand the demanding nature of this industry.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE market, including local product expectations and user behaviors.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and implement effective growth levers in the market.
• Community Focus: Strong community-building skills and a track record of activating and scaling engaged user bases.
• Results Orientation: A track record of driving performance-based growth and achieving ambitious targets.
