KAST is building the world’s first truly global money app. We issue crypto cards, local financial accounts and global payouts, focusing on a premium product with high acceptance rates. Since our launch in July 2024, we’ve quickly become the go-to card of the crypto community. And we’re only getting started.

KAST is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our crypto card product in Japan. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record at a crypto exchange or crypto card product, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market nuances. As the local market owner, you will drive product localization, community growth, and domestic scaling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, navigate the regulatory landscape, and represent KAST as the face of our brand in your country.

• Community Building: Build and grow a strong, engaged local community around KAST’s crypto card product.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute local strategies leveraging paid marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Navigate Regulation: Understand Japan’s crypto and financial regulatory landscape to ensure compliance.
• Domestic Scaling: Drive major growth in active users and transaction volumes.‍
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and features.‍

You have proven leadership experience in a crypto exchange or card company, deep knowledge of Japan’s crypto market, and the ability to scale communities and drive growth. You’re a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
