The Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful and results-driven Corporate Finance Executive to join us on our growth journey. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions across the company—from leading fundraises and delivering data-driven insights to maintaining strong investor relationships.
This is a role for someone who thrives in both analytical problem-solving and clear communication: someone who can work through complex financial models, build compelling presentations, and engage confidently with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
🚀 Fundraising & Capital Markets
- Support equity and debt fundraising processes end-to-end—from model building and pitch decks to diligence and documentation.
- Maintain key investor infrastructure: data rooms, cap tables, covenant trackers, and compliance calendars.
- Track investor engagement and manage capital pipeline touchpoints.
📊 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate on long-range planning, scenario modeling, and key business metrics such as unit economics and customer LTV.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses on pricing, funding costs, and cohort dynamics—and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
🧠 Investor Relations
- Develop quarterly shareholder updates and board materials that clearly communicate company performance and vision.
- Benchmark our performance against industry peers and refine narratives that support valuation and growth.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Data, Risk, and Operations teams to improve forecasting models (e.g., credit losses, device lifecycle).
- Support strategic evaluations, including M&A and partnership opportunities.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or FP&A (Big 4 Corporate Finance also welcome).
- Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with three-statement models, DCFs, and debt sizing.
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Analytical proficiency—SQL is a strong plus; Python or R is a bonus.
- Understanding of cap tables, debt covenants, and fundraising processes.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field. CPA or CFA Level II+ is a plus.
You don’t need to meet every requirement listed to apply—we encourage applicants of all backgrounds to reach out.
