About this role in the team:

We’re hiring a Corporate Development & Strategy Associate to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role, working directly with the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development and cross-functionally with FP&A, Product, Legal and GTM teams.

You’ll help shape BVNK’s growth strategy—supporting on M&A, market intelligence, investor materials, and strategic benchmarking. You’ll be at the centre of major strategic decisions, helping BVNK scale effectively while navigating a fast-changing fintech and digital assets landscape.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

M&A & Strategic Initiatives

• Build and maintain deal pipeline
• Support deal evaluation and due diligence
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses
• Contribute to post-merger integration planning

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track market trends and key developments across fintech, crypto, and payments
• Maintain regular reports and insight briefings on competitors, emerging players, and ecosystem shifts

Strategic Benchmarking

• Analyse public and private comps to benchmark BVNK’s performance, pricing, and growth metrics
• Develop frameworks to evaluate new markets, customer segments, or product opportunities

Investor & Board Materials

• Partner with FP&A to support the preparation of board decks, investor updates, and fundraising materials
• Support strategic planning and KPI development

What we need from you:

We’re looking for someone ambitious, analytical, and passionate about the fintech and crypto space.

4–6 years’ experience in:

• Late-stage venture capital or growth equity, with a fintech focus
• Investment banking (TMT / Fintech / Crypto coverage ideal)
• Corporate development or strategy at a late stage fintech or payments company
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience producing board/investor materials
• Strategic mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and working across functions
• Genuine interest in payments, stablecoins and digital assets
